Your Role

You are responsible for the day to day running of the Projects, Oil & Gas & Marine Logistics department’s Expediting of Key Accounts whilst implementing company policy decisions, reporting team operating within/and reviewing Quality Procedures and ensure Customer Satisfaction.

Your Responsibilities

·  Adhere to all company, legal, human resources, environmental, ISO, Security and health and safety procedures and standards
·  Expedite shipments from various origins/shippers as per the mode of transport agreed with the client
·  Operation excellence to meet client’s requirements in general and specific projects and follow the client SOP/MOP & Working Instructions both internal and external
·  Maintain accurate and complete records on inspection and expediting activities and update the milestones accordingly
·  Proactive communication and problem solving, making sure correct cost is billed by the subcontractors/carrier according to the agreement for the service done
·  Ensure all personal adhere to all company, legal, human resources, environmental, ISO, Security and health and safety procedures and standards
·  Expedite shipments from various origins from/to Doha as per the MOT agreed with the client
·  Establish effective communication and relationships with customers, contractors and national + international colleagues

Your Skills and Experiences

·  You have Diploma and experience in Oil & Gas/Project
·  You have good communication and negotiation skills with Carriers and sub-contractors
·  You are analysis and judgmental
·  You have commercial acumen 
·  You are customer oriented
·  You have leadership skills and are interested in team building
·  You speak English
