How do manufacturers ensure finished goods leave the port in time for delivery to their destinations? Our contract logistics team works closely with customers and customs brokers to ensure loading and export clearances are executed on schedule. In this role, you will work with a team to service a dedicated portfolio of customers, ensure daily order and preparation of documents for inbound and outbound shipments are completed with high level of quality.

Your tasks and responsibilities

·  Take responsible for daily orders and preparation of documents for inbound and outbound shipments.
·  Provide the domestic transportation and distribution operations.
·  Measure and monitor the services failure.
·  Supervise subcontractors work inside the warehouse.
·  Report to Supervisor and perform ad-hoc tasks.

Your skills and experience

To be considered, you should have a good understanding of inbound and outbound procedures and freight forwarding knowledge. You have good telephone skills and has a customer-focused mindset.
