Principales responsabilités :

• Suivre les politiques, procédures et normes de l'exploitation et assurer la conformité aux règlements de l'ATIC.
• Prendre les arrangements pour la répartition des marchandises ainsi que le repérage et le suivi des marchandises en transit.
• Organiser le paiement des frais de transport, d'entreposage et d'autres frais connexes.
• Résoudre les problèmes et fournir un soutien continu.
• Assurer une réaction proactive aux questions de service.
• Assurer des communications quotidiennes avec les bureaux de l'étranger,
le transporteur de Fret maritime et les sous-traitants.
• Suivre et mettre à jour le statut des expéditions.
• Rassembler documents et faits de sinistres le cas échéant.
• Clore et passer en revue des dossiers pour s'assurer du respect de tous les processus précités.
• S'acquitter des tâches de la log mer.
• Réserver la livraison des conteneurs complets.
• Libérer / transférer à un tiers.
• Remettre le connaissement original.
• Régler les cas de statut douanier non établi.
• Régler les connaissements de BAL.
• Vérifier sts. 30.00
• Vérifier sts. 34.00
• S'acquitter de toutes les autres tâches liées à la log mer.

Main Responsibilities:

• Follow operations policies, procedures and standards, and ensure compliance with CIFFA regulations;
• Arrange for dispatching of goods and the tracking and tracing of goods in transit.
• Arrange for payment of transportation, storage and any other related charges.
• Resolve problems and to provide ongoing support.
• Proactive response to service issues.
• Daily communication with overseas office, Seafreight carrier and subcontractors.
• Monitoring and updating of shipment status.
• Gathering of claim documents and facts if claim is involved;
• File closing and review to ensure all the above processes are adhered to.

SeaLog Tasks;
• Book FCL delivery
• Release/Handover to 3rd party
• Surrender OBL
• Resolve not set Customs Status
• Resolve missing BAL B/L
• Verify sts. 30.00
• Verify sts. 34.00
• All other SeaLog related tasks

Compétences et expérience
• 3 ans ou plus d'expérience dans le secteur du transport de marchandises / transport.
• Expérience opérationnelle, de bureau et/ou administrative ayant trait au trafic marchandises.
• Diplôme ou grade universitaire en commerce international, transport,
logistique, commerce, administration ou dans un domaine connexe.
• Habiletés de communication verbale et écrite efficace en français et en anglais.
• Solides compétences en organisation et capacité reconnue de respecter les échéances.
• Capacité de travailler de manière autonome et en équipe.
• Grande minutie et exactitude.
• Solide compétence informatique, dont maîtrise complète de Microsoft Office / Outlook / Power Point.

Your skills and experience

• 3+ year experience in the Freight Forwarding / Transportation industry
• Operational, clerical and/or administrative experience relative to freight traffic
• Degree/Diploma in International Business, Transportation, Logistics, Commerce, Administration or a related field
• Effective verbal and written communication skills in both French and English
• Strong organizational skills and proven ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to details and accuracy
• Strong computer skills, including full proficiency with Microsoft Office / Outlook / Power Point
