In this role, you will be responsible for developing new and existing businesses within the cluster, and coordinate all business development actions over South China, Hong Kong and Macau.

Your tasks and responsibilities

·  Achieve personal new business revenue target for the sales force and conduct monthly performance reviews.
·  Develop strong opportunity pipeline for large accounts and top contract logistics customers.
·  Manage resources strategically and ensure quality control of RFI (Request for Information) documents and solutions.
·  Participate in the activities of all levels of contract logistics business development community.
·  Maintain close communication with customers and internal operations team to align customer expectations and our solutions.
·  Work collaboratively with the Regional team to ensure that Cluster business development efforts are aligned and in accordance with cluster and Reginal directives.

Your skills and experience

Ideally, you should have 10 years of experience in contract logistics, and minimum 2 years solid performance in the business development. You will demonstrate a strong understanding of supply chain, warehousing or transportation solutions. Besides an uncanny business acumen, you are also able to effortlessly engage top management to drive win-win situations. Frequent travel is expected.
