Job description

Responsible to operationally drive Aerospace vertical. Act as front line interface for Customers & Business associates. Maintain strong customer relationship & ensure smooth operational & system execution. Support customer retention through Operational Excellence.

Your tasks and responsibilities

·  Operational coordinator for Aerospace logistics at COE team
·  Shipment execution, Handling, Transportation & Customs coordination.
·  Customer coordination (Pre-alert, Arrivals, Shipment milestone updates)
·  DSR preparation, Invoicing and FSL
·  Documents dispatch & record keeping
·  Customer retention & sales support.
·  E-filing of documents

Your skills and experience

·  Aviation and AOG handling
·  Freight forwarding processes & terminology
·  Airfreight trades & shipping modes.
·  Strong knowledge of international geography
