JOB DUTIES
Your main task is to make sure we never run out of stock while keeping our supply chain as just-in-time as possible.
More specifically it will be required of you to :
1. Accurately predict our inventory needs
2. Instruct our Chinese office when to order
3. Work with carriers for optimal speed
It is a mix of robust data analysis (to refine a model for inventory predictions) as well as solid communication to mitigate all the factors that could slow down the supply chain.
JOB CONDITIONS
Location : You can choose to come to our head office in Chiang Mai, Thailand or do remote working. Or a mix of the two. You may need to travel for this job.
Working hours : Flexible schedule but expect 40 hours a week.
Bonus : Twice a year there will be a company retreat, most likely on a South East Asian island, all expenses (accommodation, flights, activities etc) will be paid for.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Your guilty pleasure is excel.
- Proficient in English
- Strong abilities in French/German/Italian/Spanish/Mandarin is a plus
- A degree and/or experience in logistics is a plus
