Poste et missions:
As a Drug Product Supply Coordinator within Keyrus Biopharma, you will coordinate the planning activities in relation to the development, manufacture and release of biological drug products and to support operational improvement projects for the development, manufacture and release of biological drug products
Scope:
The Drug Product Supply Coordinator is responsible for leading drug product release planning which includes : maintenance of the drug product release planning too, coordination of fthe release planning meeting with the stakeholders, identifying blocking points in the drug product release process and keep informed the relevant stakeholders...etc.
Role and main tasks:
The position holder will support/initiate operational excellence improvement project in order to optimize and streamline processes within the development manufacture and release of drug product, eg:
- Extension of planning and release tools to transversal stakeholders, maintan and develop communication in the scope of sharing the release timelines
- Development of the interface with knowledge management team
- Contribute to projects items and deliverables (project plans, process flows, matrix...)
- Support Quality system compliance and associated initiatives within drug product development
Profil:
Experience & Required skills::
- At least 3 years of experience in project management
- Ability to understand business processes and associated project management approach in the scope of manufacturing and development (eg. project plans, database management, business and information flow system…).
- Previous experience within Supply Chain/Manufacturing is a plus
- Ability to understand Supply Chain environment
- Knowledge of MS Project and MS office tools in general
- SAP understanding is a plus
- Excellent communication skills
- Rigor, pragmatism
- Fluent in English/French
