Main Assignments

- To visit all the DOS stores and Franchise stores in the Area on a regular basis for new set-ups in order to refresh and update the visual display.
- To organize windows change following indication of Head Office.
- Excellent communication skills and the maintenance of as visual record are required.
- To collaborate with Area manager/GMM/Buyers/Store managers to ensure that store visual merchandising is in line with the corporate standards and set in order to help to maximize sales.
- To set up showroom and press events when required.
- To communicate VM guidelines to all stores and concessions.
- To be responsible for support the training and development of the in store visual merchandisers.
- To help to maximize sales through strong VM and window display. This will involve regular changes of window and in store displays to maintain a fresh and visually exciting look and ensuring the display schedule is followed.
- To report and document visually all changes upon completion of store visits.
- To prepare monthly reports in order to recap all the changes/modifications and action taken during the month in each stores.
- To maintain and organize visual tools in each store and whenever is required update the order.

Qualifications

- Excellent communication skills
- Good planning and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and a solid knowledge of current trends
- Previous retail/VM experience within the fashion world.
- Flexibility with working hours.
- Be able to concentrate and work to tight deadlines.
- Be self- motivated, energetic and practical.
- Good computer skills (Office, Photoshop…)
- Flexibility to travel is mandatory
- Fluent in French and English
