Main missions

Support the brands in the implementation of cost optimization projects. Team up with Store operations and facility department to roll out new cost saving processes or suppliers

Operations

• Conduct purchasing projects (market research, need analysis, RFIs, RFQ, specification of work, sourcing, negotiation, selection, contract management, roll-out) and actively engage Kering Americas brands' stakeholders in the process

• Support the implementation of Indirect Purchasing cost optimizations projects and processes. Team up with other region'

• Track suppliers performance according to defined targets and metrics

• Negotiate and document master and affiliate agreements

• Develop innovation, sustainability and process improvement with suppliers

• Develop best practice and benchmarks throughout brands by creation, steering and continuous involvement of stakeholders

Reporting

• Create and update project and performance report (quantitative and qualitative outcomes) and review with management

Communication

• Develop strong internal relationships with key stakeholders to understand business needs and ensure proper internal communication about purchasing actions and achievement

Profil recherché

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Master or equivalent degree in Procurement

• 1-2 years' experience in Indirect Procurement in Facility and/or Logistics categories

• Excellent analytical and negotiation skills

• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders in a complex and decentralized international environment

• Ability to engage stakeholders with no reporting authority towards a common goal

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Service oriented, committed, creative and proactive mindset

• Entrepreneurial motivation

• MS office skills – advanced in excel

• Fluent in English - Spanish, Portuguese, Italian or French is a plus
