Transport Assistant - Internship - W/M

The intern recruited will take care of transport operations at BOUCHERON and will work in the Supply Chain / Logistics / Import-Export Department.

Job activities :

- Props materials transport operations

· Requesting and following up the transport order with the forwarder
· Assisting and helping internal departments (marketing, press services, etc.)

- Handling of transport invoices

· Following up and updating the charts/tables, invoice data input.
· Controlling transport rates
· Archiving documents

- Reporting on transport issues

- Research on customs procedures

- Assistance to other logistics issues

· Family sales, Excel tables support, powerpoint presentations, reports, etc.

Profil recherché

Profile and skills required :

·  Logistics basics and interest for import-export
·  MS office skills (Excel / Word/ Power Point) : Imperative
·  Master's degree, Business School or master degree specialized in Logistics/Supply Chain or International Business/Trade
·  English or Chinese native language , and basic French are demanded.
·  Organized, curious, honest, dynamic, discreet, sociable, having analytical skills.
·  6 months internship minimum (From February 2017)
