Sustainability communications officer

As part of both the communication and sustainability departments, and directly reporting to the Head of Sustainability Communications of Kering, the sustainability communications officer is responsible for the execution of the Group's sustainability communication strategy covering both external and internal channels. She/He ensures a smooth coordination between the communication and sustainability teams, so that sustainability – a key pillar of the Group's strategy – is properly showcased as part of the group's overall corporate communications strategy.

In this context, her/his main missions include:

· Digital
· Create and publish news on the Group intranet on a regular basis
· Manage the sustainability section of Kering.com: texts, imagery, regular publication of news blogs as well as updating of static pages
· Coordinate the weekly monitoring newsletter together with the monitoring agency
· Coordinate the publication and post-analysis of posts with the Group Community Manager
· Coordinate sustainability digital campaigns

· Image
· Coordinate print and digital publications (brochures, slides, etc.) and videos
· Upkeep of the group's sustainability photo and video library

· Events
· Support the organization of internal and external sustainability events

· Press
· Coordinating press announcement on sustainability from the writing of press releases, to their distribution and their follow-up – in coordination with the Group press relations team
· Coverage analysis and production of a press review after each announcement, plus compilation of an annual press review

Profil recherché

Qualifications :

Competencies & Skills

·  3+ years of working experience in internal and/or external communications
·  Project management skills
·  Strong ability for teamwork
·  First experience in coordinating projects with different kinds of external stakeholders: communication/design agencies, photographers, filming crew, etc.
·  Great interest for sustainability topics
·  Excellent writing skills in English
·  Good personal knowledge of social media
·  Experience with a transversal role in a matrix/Corporate organization
·  Fluent in English and a good level in French is required
·  Adaptability in a multicultural context
