Sustainability Analyst

• Create the annual legal environmental reporting of the Group:

Review and challenge the existing processes to collect all required environmental data from the Kering brands worldwide and build a trustworthy, of high quality and fully legally compliant reporting

- Build each year the reporting calendar to fit to the given time framework

- Collaboratively prepare the reporting process with all brands and update all the related documentation (protocol, guidelines, handbooks …)

- Prepare and update the Group reporting platform to enable on-line launch of the yearly campaign

- Monitor the whole reporting campaign : data collection, completion follow-up, brands' support, data sense check, estimation procedures roll-out when necessary …

- Consolidate Group data and produce final results for integration in the annual report

- Manage the relation with the statutory auditors of the Group for the environmental data verification

- Provide insightful and tailored analysis and reports both to brands and Group management to assess the annual environmental performance and the completion of Group's sustainability targets

- Identify process improvements and opportunities to reduce effort by the brands/sust. Department and improve utility/value of information provided to the brands

- Drive the relation with the tool provider to guaranty alignment between provided solutions, brands' expectations and legal requirements

• Participate to the Group EP&L project roll-out (Environmental Profil & Loss Account) by supporting some of the Group's brands in their implementation and deliver transverse project support to the team

• Actively participate to the Sustainability Department daily life on demand (contribution to annual recurrent missions such as the Sustainability awards and the Ethics on-line training programme)

Profil recherché

• BS in environmental management or BA in Business with emphasis in sustainability management

• 1 or 2 years of experience with a strong focus on environment / environmental reporting and sustainability

• Excellent ability with data, figures, Excel functions

• High precision and clarity absolutely required

• Excellent communication skills both in writing and at speaking and clear thinking under pressure / change

• Fluent in English and French, Italian is a plus
