ROLE OBJECTIVE:

To maintain consistently exceptional standards of excellence in delivering a customer service experience which meets our brand focus. In doing so, creating and maintaining loyalty to both the store and the brand.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· To provide the highest level of customer service
· To handle customer complaints and ensure issues are resolved to the satisfaction of the customer and the company
· To manage and develop own client book
· To conduct regular stock checks and assist the annual stock takes

Desired profile

Qualifications :

REQUIREMENTS:

·  F.5 or above
·  Prior exposure in luxury goods or premium jewelry and watches brands is preferred
·  Possess excellent communication, customer service and interpersonal skill
·  Enthusiastic team player, outgoing and friendly personality
·  Good command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin
·  Immediate availability is preferred
