RTW Production Support Staff (Temporary Contract)

Job description

Role Mission

Assist the RTW Production Support Coordinator in the activities related to the RTW Production from the production launch to the delivery of the finished product to the warehouse

Key Accountabilities
· Check the possibility to launch orders by analyzing the clothing items and checking their possibilities of production progress
· Participation in analysis meetings and definition of production plan together with RTW Production Support Coordinator and Production team
· Send to the suppliers orders, picking lists, composition labels and bar codes for the production launch
· Operational support in managing possible problems that may arise during the production process (i.e. interaction with laboratories on lack or shortage of fabrics and operative coordination of follow-up actions)
· Operational support in monitoring the delivery plan defined by the Production team through interaction with the laboratories and the Quality Assurance Department
· Coordination of withdrawals interacting with the WW Transport & Logistics Department and the Customer Service Team

Qualifications :


Key Requirements
·  Analytical skills and ability to perform synthesis acquired through 3-year Master’s Degree in Economics or Management Engineering or experience in RTW sector
·  Proficient in Italian and French and good knowledge of English (both written and spoken)
·  Basic knowledge of clothing technique and production process in the RTW/textile sector would be a plus
·  Proficient with MS Office, especially Excel
·  Working knowledge of Stealth would be an advantage
·  Excellent communication skills, good eye for details and high level of accuracy
·  Fast learning and in-depth analysis attitude
