How you will contribute

·  Support the direct-to-consumer eCommerce business development by identifying opportunities for channel growth and strategic priorities.
·  Map out strategic projects focusing on performance marketing, website performance enhancement, and content coordination.
·  Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Sales, Product, and IT to execute eCommerce initiatives effectively.
·  Optimize performance marketing channel to drive sales on direct-to-consumer eCommerce platform.
·  Develop strategies to optimize the customer journey and enhance user experience on direct-to-consumer eCommerce platform.
·  Manage eCommerce project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project completion.
·  Act as a liaison between internal teams and external partners/vendors to ensure alignment and effective execution of eCommerce projects.
·  Provide regular reports and updates to key stakeholders on project progress, performance, and KPIs.

Who you are

·  Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics or related field
·  3-5 years of experience in similar role
·  Strong understanding of eCommerce principles, digital marketing strategies, and website analytics.
·  Preferably experience in fashion/eyewear/sport
·  An English and Italian fluent speaker, additional language is a plus
·  Advanced expertise in Excel and Power Point
·  Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
·  Extremely organized and details oriented with strong focus on results and respect of deadlines
·  A strong team player, able to coordinate different stakeholder and build strong relationship
·  Proactivity and problem solving skills
