International Talent Acquisition Internship M/W - 6 months

In order to accompany the growth of our House and as part of the deployment of the International Human Resources Development strategy, we are looking to complete the International Talent Acquisition team with a Talent Acquisition intern.

At the heart of an operational unit, you will provide support for and added value to the following:
- identification, pre-qualification, and telephone interviews of international talents for specific needs (identification, recruitment, assessment day, etc.) and the construction of talent pools; construction of mappings and progress reports
- regular updating of various reporting and activity monitoring tools (open positions, job description library, candidate follow-up, etc.)
- participation in the management of recruitment tools and monitoring their internal use (access, assistance, user training, best practices, etc.) quantitative and qualitative analysis on the global recruitment activity of the house

Profil recherché

Qualifications :

Enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree (bac +4/5) in business, HR or a related field.
Ideally, you have had a first experience in recruitment and / or headhunting that you are passionate about.
Strong interpersonal skills, takes initiative, creative and good management of priorities.
You are rigorous, reactive, autonomous, organized and dynamic
Fluent English and good knowledge of French; other languages are appreciated
Strong sensitivity for fashion and the luxury sector
Excellent knowledge of the Internet, office tools and specific tools (Microsoft Office including a very good command of Excel for pivot tables; LinkedIn and Taleo a plus)

6 month, full-time internship; to start as soon as possible
