MISSION

Within the Human Resources Department, the e-learning specialist is responsible for the creation, conception, implantation and project follow-up of the training content digitization for SAINT LAURENT

RESPONSABILITIES

- Build online courses, convert existing classroom training into interactive and engaging e-learning modules,

- Design, develop, and implement online learning solutions,

- Engage our people and animate the platform (post, notification, push…),

- Answer on a daily basis to functional questions regarding the usage of our platform,

- Maintain the highest level of expertise in our area of specialty and interact with experts/suppliers…

- Ensure client satisfaction

- Set up and monitor dashboard / reporting

Profil recherché

Qualifications :

PROFILE

- A minimum of 3 years of experience in design and development of high quality eLearning solutions within a digital learning environment

- Able to simplify complex information into interactive content

- Strong interest in software technology

- Subject matter expertise in one of the following domains is a plus: Social Media, Digital Marketing, Knowledge Management, LMS

- Skills to design and develop storyboards for e-learning and other digital learning materials

- Excellent written English and French

- Bachelor's degree from a digital communication, engineering or business school
