Coordination of editorial content for a new version of kering.com

Context
As part of the revamp of www.kering.com, the Kering Corporate Communications department is looking for a project manager to coordinate the production and translation of the site's content. The position is being offered as a fixed contract until January 2019.

The successful candidate will report to the Kering Corporate Content Manager and work alongside the other members of the project team: Kering's Digital Manager, an external creative agency, internal departments (Financial Communications, HR and Sustainability, among others), and geographical divisions (such as Asia-Pacific, Italy etc.)

Your responsibilities

· Editorial coordination
· Assisting with briefings of external writers
· Proof-reading and checking the corrections to articles
· Collating content approvals from internal departments
· Writing and editing specific content
· Coordinating the translation of editorial content (3 languages)
· Liaising with the translation agency
· Collating content approvals from internal language specialists
· Assisting with back-office integration of the content
· Acceptance and proof-reading of all site content
· Monitoring the budget and project schedule

Profil recherché

Qualifications :

Your profile

After a qualification in communications (from journalism school, a university Masters, France's Celsa or Sciences Po, etc.) you will have spent at least two years in your first job – either in a communications agency or with an advertiser, and ideally in the Luxury sector or with a major corporation.

You are rigorous, demanding, creative and enthusiastic, and are good at working with other people. You understand what Corporate communications involves, you have a feeling for good writing, and you can deliver the editorial quality and coherence required on a project.

You have an excellent level of English and are comfortable with all forms of digital content
