Job Description

Reporting to the Store Manager, your duties are to maintain consistently exceptional standards of excellence in delivering a customer service experience which meets our on brand focus. In doing so, creating and maintaining loyalty to both the store and the brand.

 

Responsibilities:

·  To develop and maintain good product knowledge and provide excellent customer service.
·  An understanding of current products, trends and collections and ensuring that customers are informed and aware.
·  To replenish stock and maintain high standards of merchandise and product presentation.
·  Handling customer complaints, seeking assistance where necessary, ensuring issues are resolved to the satisfaction of the customer and the company.
·  Keep up to date with customer requirements and operating procedures.
·  Be aware of daily sales targets and performance against them. Use appropriate sales techniques to ensure they are met.
·  To ensure that all procedures and policies are understood. To carry out work according to those standards.
·  Personal appearance and presentation must be strictly in line with company standards.
·  Adheres to Security and Health and Safety regulations.
·  Opening & closing the Store according the needs of the business, in line with Company security rules.
·  To carry out additional duties when and where necessary within the defined levels of responsibility and accountability of the Sales Assistant role.

Skills and Experience Required

·  A minimum of three years experience in a similar role with a luxury brand
·  Experience in a customer service role with face-to-face customer contact

·        You have your own customer file and you have a highly developed product and fashion sense.

·  Ability to adapt to frequent change and a high pressure environment
·  Ability to initiate contact and communication
·  Motivated by being a team player with a common goal

·        Your English is fluent and ideally you also speak a second language well.

 

 

Sous la responsabilité du Directeur de la Boutique, vous effectuez les missions suivantes :
·  Accueil, conseil et vente à la clientèle
·  Présentation adaptée et pertinente de l’image et des produits Balenciaga 
·  Conseils personnalisés et orientation de la clientèle dans le but de développer le chiffre d’affaires et le fichier clients
·  Encaissement et gestion de la détaxe
·  Suivi des retouches
·  Suivi et relance de la clientèle
·  Prise de coordonnées pour renseignement et mise à jour du fichier clientèle
·  Réception, étiquetage et mise en place des produits
·  Réapprovisionnement des produits et rangement de la boutique
·  Préparation et participation aux inventaires
·  Rangement du stock
·  Participation au compte-rendu qualitatif et quantitatif.

 

Profil recherché :

·  Vous disposez d’une expérience confirmée de trois ans minimum dans la vente de prêt-à-porter de luxe et/ou sur les accessoires et/ou les chaussures. 
·  Vous faites preuve d’un très bon relationnel et d’une grande capacité d’écoute.
·  Vous avez également une excellente présentation, le sens du service et de la persuasion.
·  Vous disposez idéalement de votre propre fichier client et avez une sensibilité produit et mode très développée.
·  Votre anglais est courant, et maîtrisez idéalement une deuxième langue.
