Job description

Role Mission

The role is responsible for managing the creation and execution of eMarketing plans based on commercial objectives. He/She will ensure agreed targets are met with maximum ROI by driving quality traffic and customers through SEM, SEO, Email, Affiliates & Partnership channels etc.

Key Accountabilities

· Optimize the performance of SEO, SEM and email for Gucci.cn by:
· Referencing the list of relevant keywords
· Monitoring their ROI and performance to ensure profitable growth and the right balance between SEO and SEM
· Optimize keywords and copy, test landing page
· Constantly monitor the search KPIs for best ROI (click through rate, CPC, impressions, etc)
· Create test plans for email campaigns and track their performance
· Analyze and report on optimization results
· Develop annual eMarketing plans to drive valuable traffic on Gucci.cn using PPC, display advertising, email and affiliate & partnership channels etc.
· Co-ordinate with key linkage groups on optimization – CRM, Marketing & Communications
· Using web analytics tools (Baidu Analytics, Google Analytic etc) , identify opportunities to exploit market development
· Develop seasonal digital strategies and plans (EPR)
· Work with internal and external partners to synergize resources and develop digital contents
· Regularly coordinate with Gucci HQ for latest digital updates
· Provide digital supports to Gucci initiatives including PR, CRM, AD, retail and e-Commerce
· Monitor the digital platforms including Gucci website, Weibo, Youku and wechat, and more in the future when timing is appropriate
· Propose and analyze potential opportunities on other digital platforms or e-media, advise digital trends when appropriate
· Monitor and analyze competitors' initiatives, campaign, etc, and to adjust current digital plan
· Work closely with the team to support the development and delivery of successful eMarketing campaigns
· Gathering and analyzing data and maintaining an accurate database containing reports on success and improvements regarding eMarketing campaigns

Desired profile

Key Requirements

·  At least 3 to 5 years working experience in similar role within an agency or e-commerce environment
·  Result oriented, analytical and problem solve skill are required
·  Good communication and interpersonal skill
·  Proficient language in English and Chinese (Mandarin)
·  A working knowledge of display advertising, Google/ Baidu Analytics and Adwords
·  Deep understanding of the luxury customer, their needs and expectations
·  A focus on quality and extensive passion for and knowledge of our products
·  An excellent, collaborative approach to teamwork and flexible working style
·  A demonstrable and sustainable high level of energy and enthusiasm
·  Demonstrates ability to develop and manage performance marketing
