Job description
Responsibilities
· Reinforce Worldwide A/S policy to stores and ensure the guideline is properly put in place and followed
· Conduct training on A/S guideline and liaise with HQ if there is any issue or feedback
· Technical claim report & Spare part request - gather, translate and send stores' reports to HQ A/S team (leather goods to Italy & Shoes/RTW/JEW/Eyewear to France)
· List up technical claim report & spare part request history and regularly check on the status
· Arrange stock adjustment and shipment liaising with Inventory, Logistics, customs agency and delivery company
· Issue credit notes and check on C/N issue status liaising with Inventory and Logistics
· Create Transfer and Batch on JDA System to control incoming and outgoing stocks
· Handle stores' inquiry on quality issue, exchange/refund and stock adjustment
· Assess customer complaint cases and provide resolutions liaising with stores, lawyers and third parties
· Check recurrent quality issue, inform relevant departments and follow up on resolutions
· Update local repair history data on CS System upon stores' request
· Manage AX ticketing tool (WW customer claim tracking application)
Desired profile
Qualifications :
Requirements
· Degree holder in marketing, business administration or similar field is preferred
· Minimum 3 years of experience in After-Sales Operations
· Strong interpersonal, analytical and problem solving skills
· Flexible, goal-oriented and highly organized
· Fast learner, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure
· Good command of both written and spoken English
· Excellent computer skills and proficiency in MS Office applications
