VIE - INDUSTRIAL METHODS ENGINEER H/F

Job description

The Industrial Methods Engineer's goal will be to take a lead role in the implementation of Asset Management Policy & Procedures in Keolis Hyderabad MRTS.
He will also need to be available for cross functional / Keolis Group activities like support to business development in India or in the region, meetings or calls with Group HQ about Maximo, etc.
Missions
- Develop and implement industrial methods. (6 sigma on activity, work on ergonomic…)
- Continue to improve the frontline idea driven with work groups and managers
- Prepare the AMS (Maximo) for intermediate and major overhaul
- Improve engineering feedback analysis and failure management
- Prepare and develop RAMS analysis and reporting
- Define the key objective for the asset management (criticality matrix, asset performance indicator, life cycle cost simulation…)
- Prepare the process and implement required modifications and system improvements in AMS (Maximo)
- On need basis, work on Group initiatives in the area or business development or cross functional studies
Profile
Engineer graduate, preferably having some international exposure with experience in industrial environnement, knowledge in industrial methods (5S, Kanban,…), problem solving skills (Hishikawa diagram, 5 whys,…) and soft skills (meeting management, communication, collaborating, adaptability, empathy).
