Grow with us as IT Data Visualization Analyst Sr in the Kellogg LA Team. In this position you will be responsible of building efficient, sustainable data access and visualization models to facilitate insight generation and decision making processes.

WHAT WILL I BE DOING?
In this role, you will be part of our success by:

· Build efficient, sustainable data visualization models to facilitate insight generation and decision-making.
· Consults the business to maximize data effectiveness through dashboards, KPI's, alerts, self-service, etc.
· Convert Data Scientists work into easy-to-consume solutions that call to action.
· Simplify data analysis through powerful business intelligence solutions.
· Working closely with data warehouse architects and software developers to generate seamless business intelligence solutions for business partners.
· Piloting emerging “big data” technologies to help Kellogg understand how to exploit new methodologies, technologies and tools.
· Advocate for and train the organization during deployment of analytic solutions

WHAT DO I NEED TO DEMONSTRATE?

As well as a hunger to learn and succeed in to be considered for this position you must be able to meet the following requirements:

Required:

·  Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
·  3-5 Years of experience building data visualization/business intelligence solutions.
·  Proficient knowledge of project management techniques (PMI, Agile, Scrum, etc.)
·  Advance knowledge of data visualization tools (i.e. SAS visual analytics, JMP, D3.js, *Tableau, BOBJ*, Qlikview, Microsoft Power BI, etc.)
·  Proficient knowledge of SQL & ability to extract data from various data sources (MS SQL, Oracle, Hadoop, CSV, Excel, Access)
·  Soft Skills Required
·  Ability to communicate results in written and oral format.
·  Ability to complete advanced data-visualization activities with basic guidance from the business.
·  Ability to ask insightful questions regarding requests from the business.
·  Basic business knowledge.
