uMajor Responsibilities/Activities:

-Achieve annual sales target with sustainable growth in units and revenue

-Enhance high unit share of AMO IOL in B1 and B2 accounts.

-Assist line manager to conduct the product promotion and related events

-Increase AMO IOL unit share in A accounts by developing and training surgeons

to properly use AMO IOL in Phaco surgeries through OR visit

-Fulfill hospital listing target to create more sales opportunities to AMO IOL

-İmplement the target of call activity and OR visit to private and public accounts, to increase implants of AMO IOL

-Assist line manager, MMF specialist and Phaco specialist to conduct the product

promotion and related events

Desired profile

Qualifications

8．REQUIREMENTS:

l Industry/position experience:

-2 years and above sales experience with proven sales performance

-Experience in medical device and consumable

-Ophthalmic experience is preferred

l Language skills ： Chinese

l Travel requirements: Willing to travel frequently when required

l Other requirements:

-Good execution capability

-Good communication and interpersonal skill

-Basic analysis and summary ability
