Senior Key Account Manager
Location: Warsaw, Poland
Contract: permanent
Responsible for achieving sales objectives by selling products to various Hypermarkets/Supermarkets chains in Poland.
Duties & Responsibilities:
· Builds relationships with key decision makers for new and established accounts.
· Act as liaison and primary contact with major commercial and industrial customers.
· Conducts presentations to key customer executives and decision makers.
· Prepares formal proposals and leads negotiations.
· Prepares sales contracts and routes for approval.
· Develops accurate sales forecasts and reports.
· Establishes sales plan and specific project plan for key accounts.
· Analyzes customer business opportunities and threats and designs plans to capitalize on them.
· Coordinates and perform economic and competitive analysis.
· Identifies opportunities for field sales force to secure sales.
Desired profile
Qualifications :
· University degree.
· Fluency in English
· Ability to think analytically.
· Very good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Power Point.
· Good knowledge of practical negotiations skills.
· Easy of establishing relationships with customers.
· Good knowledge of prepare account plans with short and longer term revenue goals.
· Min 3 years' experience managing modern trade chains in a KAM role - successful history.
