Sales Representative

Budapest, Hungary

Full time unlimited contract

Role Overview:

Meet and work with customers to find what they want, create solutions and ensure a smooth sales process and sell retail products, goods to customers

Main responsibilities:

· Understanding our customer's/consumer's/shopper's needs
· Making appointments to meet new and existing customers agreeing with supervisor
· Keeping in contact with existing customers
· Making presentations to promote new products and special deals
· Individual promotion arrangement in retail shops agreeing with KAM or supervisor
· Recording orders and sending details to the customer service and follow up
· Advising customers about delivery schedules and after-sales service
· Checking the must stock list and other business agreement points regarding annual customer contracts
· Check product availability at retail and wholesale customers
· Checking actual promotions at selling points, end corrections steps if needed
· Watching our products life cycle and making activity to sell old stocks
· Watching our competitors and the products they are offering
· Utilize the merchandising rules
· Merchandising and price checking (correction steps if needed)
· Meeting sales targets
· Reporting sales trends, market information, and any other relevant customer information to sales office (via weekly report)
· Using PDA system
· Updating store list making and route planning
· Coordination of merchandiser and van sales representative regionally

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Qualifications:

·  College/University Degree
·  Minimum 3 years of experience on sales position
·  Sales and negotiation skills
·  Driving license
·  Intermediate knowledge of English, fluent Hungarian
·  Accountability, honesty, self-contained and detail oriented, open and positive personality
·  Fast learning, adaptability, decisive action, autonomy
·  Communication and presentation skills
·  Knowledge of MS Office
·  Flexibility and willingness to travel
·  Customer Service Skills
