Our Medical Devices business segment produces a broad range of innovative products and solutions used primarily by health care professionals in the fields of orthopedics, neurological disease, vision care, infection prevention, cardiovascular disease, and aesthetics.

This position will be responsible for achieving Medical Devices products sales to new and established hospital accounts to accomplish sales objectives and greater market penetration. This job is eligible for sales incentives/sales commissions.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Creates a plan to achieve objectives through sales and servicing all hospital accounts in a prescribed territory. Schedules appointments and makes preplanned sales presentations to customers.
Initiates contact and schedules appointments with potential new customers.
Makes regular visits to customer locations to gather information on orders and market conditions.
Identifies customer needs and recommends new products to address them.
Develops customer and product focused presentation packages for sales.
Prepares sales reports and documents as required.
Follows up with customers to resolve any issues and ensure satisfaction.
Collaborates with other departments to ensure a timely resolution.
Develops and maintains sales forecast and submits to management.

Desired profile

Qualifications
We are looking professionals with these characteristics:

Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Health or similar.
At least 3 years experience in sales area, previous experience in Pharma, Medical Devices or Health Care is a plus
Intermediate-advanced English level
Availability to travel from Santo Domingo to Santiago and near cities like: La Vega, San Francisco de Macorís, Puerto Plata, Bonao and Mao
