As Logistics Operations Specialist you will be responsible for smooth flow of products from the European Distribution Center in La Louviere in Belgium into local warehouses located in different countries and then outbound distribution to end Customers (Hospital, Wholesaler and Pharmacies), in close cooperation with CLS CEE and CLS EDN team.

Responsibilities:
· To recommend long-term, strategic plan of the supply chain to the HUB SPECIALIST in compliance with the long-term objectives of the Supply Chain in Janssen,
· To encourage innovative solutions in work processes in Warehouse and Transport operation,
· To maintain the most efficient and effective in-bound transport of products to the warehouse,
· Manage stock control in SAP: Inbound, Storage, delivery of goods; shipment data transfer from LSPs into SAP system.
· To maintain an effective distribution with provides for meeting customer requirements,
· To ensure high level of partnership of the supply chain team with all local and regional organizations.
· Ensure complaint processes with collaboration with CLS and Business Quality requirements
· KPI – follow up with regional Team, interpretation and ideas of improving the figures
· Candidates will have excellent track record management skills to ensure the alignment between Warehouse management system and SAP J&J.( Follow up ERP program against with actual activities)
· Implement cost reduction principle in all aspects of warehouse transactions and activities
· Improvement & development of warehouse
· Alternative problems solving to maintain work schedules

Desired profile

·  3 – 5 years' experience in cooperation of Logistic Service Provider
·  Broad knowledge and experience in business management with extensive knowledge in supply chain operation,
·  Capability to anticipate problems and finding solutions to minimize impact for the business
·  Ability to integrate supply chain programs with all areas of the business,
·  Good communication skills,
·  Fluent English – Knowledge
·  Proficient in use of MS Excel and ERP systems (SAP Background and experienced is advantage)
·  Ability to work in a fast and dynamic organization while maintaining strong controls and detail to decisions.
