Diabetes Care Companies is a Johnson & Johnson company is looking for a strong candidate for KAM role located in Moscow.

Diabetes Care Companies manufactures and markets Blood Glucose Monitoring Systems like the OneTouch Ultra family for home and hospital use.

Job Purpose
· Key Account Manager Moscow & South reports directly to Commercial Lead.
· KAM is responsible for development of long and effective partnership relations with key decision makers in the Key Retail chains
· The primary goals of KAM are to contribute to the aggressive and profitable growth of the sales volume, market share, geographic scope and quality of presence of JJDCC products in the trading floor of the clients in the area of responsibility
· To contribute to creation of the atmosphere of collaboration and mutual benefits with colleagues, peers and partners of the company
Major Responsibilities:
· To fulfil sales targets and budget targets at quarterly and year's base
· To comply with procedures and norms which regulate business affairs in the company
· To develop and implement processes of efficient stock management and marketing services spending. To ensure delivering of sales & marketing cycle goals
· To manage and lead specific projects in the department in collaboration with colleagues
· To contribute to update and amendment of the set procedures to align them to the current business needs. Initiate changes and lead them
· To propose necessary improvement to set business practices, find new ways and opportunities to make business more efficient
· People management: to lead Key Account Executive South, being responsible for KAE development and business results

Desired profile

Education:

·  Bachelor's degree (or equivalent)
·  Literacy in the following software packages: Microsoft office applications
·  English – intermediate
Background:
·  2-3 years experience in managing national retail chains at Pharmaceutical or FMCG market ;
·  Track record of implemented successful projects and cases in portfolio development, budget efficiency, collaboration with colleagues and peers
·  Proven cases of tough negotiation campaigns
·  Experience in category management
·  Able to manage a customer P&L
·  Good analytical and communication skills
Accountability/Scope
·  Preparation of individual development plan for KA at the territory of responsibility
·  Maintenance of customer base in CRM system
·  Participation in negotiation with key decision makers of KA
·  Manage projects to meet timelines
·  To provide qualitative analytical reports according to the set procedures in the company
·  Organize and to track complex information about KAs and market changes
·  Exercise judgment within generally defined practices and policies in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions
·  Apply business and regulatory ethical standards
