Johnson & Johnson is currently recruiting for a Lead IT Business Analyst in the Johnson & Johnson Vision (JJV) Marketing Cloud Product Line, to be located Tokyo, Japan.

The selected candidate will report to the Commercial Operations Product Line Owner and be responsible for working closely with our Business Technology Leaders, Business Process Owners, Enterprise Architects, Testing Services and Technical Services teams to drive innovation and meet business strategic objectives. This person will be responsible for IT platforms and programs addressing Commercial Operations & Marketing Cloud Information Technology capabilities. The hired candidate should be able to operate independently with little supervision.

Key Responsibilities and Activities:
Business Requirements Management & Development (30%)
•Utilize effective business analyst techniques to translate what business may want to identification of what is needed via the good use of elicitation techniques.
•Determine which Rapid Requirements Development Methodology (rRDM) approaches would ensure complete understanding by downstream stakeholders as well as business and stakeholders of the requirements including use cases and/or user stories, visualization, mapping and other rRDM SDLC requirement artifacts including use of the baseline framework to map to business process flows.
•Document confirmed business processes to serve as reference for development and IT support – Explain to business how requirements may be implemented from a functional standpoint
•Apply compliance requirements within scope of responsibility, provides documentation and participates in compliance activities as required.
•Prepare and update traceability matrix ▪
Business IT interface (30%)
•Is able to apply the baseline framework and context diagram to ensure all potential internal and external stakeholders are fully identified.
•May be system agnostic and is able to utilize rRDM to fully understand an IT system or systems that the business uses; may specialize as knowledge of specific system deepens.
•Documents user acceptance testing or and may assist unit testers so that definition of done for requirements are satisfied
•Writes, manages, and clarifies story points and may develop use cases for complex requirements
•Impact analysis of new releases/changes, training, maintaining systems FAQ in local language
•Document test scripts and coordinate testing teams
•Day to day platform configuration management.
Program oversight (20%)
•Report mostly on the progress of own workstream; has little oversight or responsibility over other work products
•May assist and report on user acceptance testing

Business Process Improvement (15%)
•Leverage Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) output for process challenges
•Is able to conduct root cause analysis for key process challenges and map core processes and relevant sub-processes
•Outline future state process maps
•Identify metrics, build & track dashboards to measure process improvement

Quality Operations: (5%)
•Adherence to JNJ Training requirements, portfolio, project management and IT procurement processes
•Ensure system compliance with JNJ Standards
•Fulfill IT System Business Service Agreements

Qualifications

Qualifications
•A minimum of a Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of relevant work experience
•5+ years of Business and Systems analysis experience, including gathering and documenting requirements from business (marketing) teams for technical teams
•3+ years of experience working with Salesforce.com
•3+ years of experience working with or supporting Marketing Cloud or similar solutions (i.e. Eloqua, etc.)
•Experience supporting digital email, push and/or SMS campaign mailing & journeys.
•Understanding of basic integration capabilities between front-end (i.e. Drupal), back-end (i.e. SFDC) and CRM Systems (i.e. Marketing Cloud)
•Experience supporting global web and / or digital marketing campaign roll outs, including an understanding of the necessity to be flexible on hours to support multiple regions.
•Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle Management model and documentation
•Experience with Agile methodology
•Project Management leadership (experience in delivering multiple projects or varying sizes, from inception to rollout)
•Knowledge of Rapid Requirements Development Methodology (rRDM) or equivalent Business Analysis Methodologies
•Current knowledge of industry and business process trends and ability to apply knowledge to existing business processes.
•Knowledge of enterprise architecture and development methodologies.
•Broad understanding of current capabilities and limitations of existing systems.
•Experience in the Healthcare, FMCG (Fast-moving consumer goods) and/or medical technology industries is a plus
•Strong team player, collaborator and networker
•Experience working with agencies and technology providers
•Proven track record in delivering results and progress within aggressive timescales
•Proven ability to work across geographies and cultures
•Fluent in spoken and written English, other languages a bonus.
•PLUS: Proficient in the use of JIRA
•PLUS: Experience w/ Pardot and/or similar B2B CRM solutions.
•PLUS: Marketing Cloud Certification(s) and any other SFDC Certifications
•PLUS: Prior J&J experience
