For our Headquarters in Zuchwil, Solothurn we are looking for a highly committed

Intern in Marketing – 50-100% / 6-8 months

with strong knowledge and understanding of marketing and who is interested in a challenging position within an innovative marketing project.

Tasks:
· Analyzing and researching current market trends in healthcare
· Supporting the project lead and team in setting up and driving marketing projects
· Support the marketing lead in developing a business case
· Help develop a clear communication strategy as well as the value proposition around the project
· Coordinate weekly and by-weekly meetings and following up on open discussion points
· Coordinate activities across multiple stakeholders involved in the projects
· Support the EMEA marketing teams in various other projects when needed

Desired profile

·  Students applying for this internship should be currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business and / or Economics. A solid understanding of marketing is a plus.
·  Work experience in marketing or in the healthcare industry is preferred
·  Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use data to inform all decisions and connect individual aspects together
·  High passion for marketing, new technologies and / or the healthcare system
·  Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
·  Ability to work in cross functional teams and under pressure
·  Highly motivated and used to working independently
·  High degree of confidentiality and professional integrity
·  Efficient in MS Office
·  Very good English skills (written and oral)
