Employer Branding Internship

Location: Prague

The Johnson & Johnson Employer Branding Intern will be responsible for overall promotion of J&J company values, culture and career opportunities within assigned university (VŠE or PEF ČZU).

What you will be responsible for?

· exploring new opportunities of J&J Employer Brand promotion
· being familiar with all the job roles, benefits and career growth possibilities for students and graduates
· understanding and promoting the difference of Johnson & Johnson compared to competitors
· conducting research about company promotion options at the university (both online/offline)
· coming up with further opportunities and places even outside the university to promote J&J culture and junior roles
· bringing your ideas alive in cooperation with J&J Talent Acquisition team
· creating and realizing promotional campaigns, organizing events to promote J&J as well-known employer
· being active among schoolmates, within university clubs and other associations in order to meet the university scouting goals

Desired profile

You are an ideal candidate if you are:

·  a Bachelor student of University of Economics in Prague (VŠE) or Faculty of Economics and Management at Czech University of Life Sciences in Prague (PEF ČZU)
·  available to work at this role for 10-20 hours per week
·  fluent in English (both spoken and written)
·  able to take challenging projects as your own and push it forward till the end
·  creative, energetic and enthusiastic but responsible to deliver the final realization
·  interested in HR marketing, social media and recruitment processes
·  are actively participating on the university life, events and happenings
