The Consumer sector of Johnson & Johnson is now looking for an experienced Category Manager for the Mass market:

CATEGORY MANAGER (MASS MARKET)
Location: Prague

Full-time temporary contract (12 months) with possible extension to indefinite period

You will have the following areas of responsibility:

· Contributes to design of and executes trade and project specific promotional activities and programs that deliver against short-term and long-term objectives.
· Ensures that products are readily available for sale or use by working collaboratively with the customer and sales team to accurately forecast, resolve supply issues and support the new product launch.
· Conducts analysis of data and recommends customer segmentation.
· Monitors promotional activity marketing expenses and resources to ensure adherence to budget guidelines.
· Aids with the trade budget review process and recommends cost effective resources.
· Analyzes the results of customized promotions.
· Recommends and executes BTL communication in store, according to shopper and customer knowledge + evaluation of these activities
· Closely cooperates with brand marketing, sales departments, supply chain and finance
· Data analysis (sales data, market data, tracking data), IMS, Customer named account data
· Development and production of POS materials, Responsible for given BTL budget
· Creates category planograms/recommendations using customer and market data
· Communicates with offer development, operating companies, wholesalers, and distributors.
· Analyzes process improvements and now business model opportunities; identifies solutions managing timelines, resource commitments and financial goals.

Desired profile

Qualifications and experience of the successful candidate:
·  University degree (strongly preffered)
·  3+ years of experience in trade/brand marketing in FMCG
·  Communication/presentation skills, proactive approach, ability to work independently
·  Communicative English skills
·  Problem solving Analytical and numerical skills
·  Ability to draw conclusions based on analyses. MS Excel excelence.
