Cash Application Representative
Location: Prague
Full time permanent contract

· Accounting of different types of incoming payments, minimizing unapplied cash and unidentified balances
· Administration of various bank accounts
· Ensuring smooth work on projects in your scope
· Take part in efforts to standardize processes
· Get in touch with other departments of Johnson & Johnson as well as our clients
· Monthly accounts reconciliation
· Reporting and data analysis as necessary

Profil recherché

Qualifications :

·  Fluent English
·  Previous experience from finance – preferably cash application/accounts receivable/accounting for one year is preferred
·  MS Excel on intermediate level (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, IF, etc.)
·  We are looking for new colleague who likes working with data and numbers, who has responsible approach towards job and who likes to concentrate on details
·  We are looking for someone who is able to concentrate on details of the job with clear deadlines but on the other hand you can expect minimum of overtimes
