We are looking for a Full time Sous Chef , to join our site here at Magna Park (NDC)
Working pattern - Early shifts 7am-3pm, Late shift 11.30am-7.30pm - 1 in 4 weekends
Salary range - The annual salary for this role is £26,500. This role comes with a shift premium subject to hours worked. This will be discussed at interview stage

Essential skills you’ll need
● Food safety level 1
● Health & Safety level 1
● NVQ level 1 and 2 Food Preparation & Cooking
● Experience of working within a customer service based environment
● Experience of working within a catering environment
Desirable skills you could bring
● Food Safety level 2 and 3
● Health and Safety level 2 and 3
What will you do
·
The Sous Chef to act as head chef when absent.
·
Be responsible for planning, organising and control of the day to day operation.
·
Supervising the team, allocating tasks and responsibilities.
·
Supervising all food preparation and production in the kitchen.
·
Being extremely hands on and having a passion for cooking fresh food.
·
Monitoring the temperature, quality and portion sizes of all food served from the kitchen.
·
Ensuring good communication throughout the kitchen department at all times.
·
High standards of cleanliness, stock control and task prioritisation.
·
Aspiring the team to strive for high standards of food quality, cleanliness and customer service.
