Duties & Responsibilites
You'll be an ambassador for the John Lewis brand, providing the exceptional level of customer service which makes us unrivalled in the marketplace.
From manning our Experience Desk to tailoring our experience packages to our customer's individual needs, you'll be the friendly and welcoming face of our branch.
Job Requirements
Your passion for selling and dedicated customer focus allows you to provide expert guidance tailored for every customer. We'll equip you with the skills and knowledge to advise customers with genuine confidence. You'll proactively engage with them on the shop floor to help them find and fall in love with our experiences.
