Created in 2011, WABEL aims to facilitate exchanges between the international purchasing centers and the international purchasing groups and suppliers.
We are currently experiencing strong growth and for this reason we are looking for a Trainee Purchaser bilingual speaking Chinese and English. A conversational level in French is a plus.

You will be in charge of a procurement project called "METRO CHINA" for which we created a dedicated platform.

Your responsibilities:

- Monitoring: You follow-up projects with leading purchasers in order to analyse generated business flows and work on product categories corresponding to their searches.
- Writing applications: Formulate procurement requests from purchasers.
- Contact suppliers: You will organize international calls with qualified suppliers. This position requires expertise to quickly understand the suppliers' business and the issues they may encounter in working with your purchaser.
- Guidance: You will be in touch with purchasers who will rely on your expertise to detect the best matching manufacturers.
- Federate: Your mission is also to federate purchasers who trust you for their annual procurement and who will recommend our service to their colleagues in the future

Profil recherché

Qualifications:

- You are a Business School student looking for an internship or graduation.
- You can quickly and efficiently search for information with keywords.
- You are tenacious and very rigorous.
- You have logical reasoning skills: you go to the basics without wasting time in the non-substantial details.
- Language expertise: You speak Mandarin and are fluent in English.
- You are also very dynamic and can handle multiple requests at the same time.
