招聘岗位介绍 :

·  空间管理专员主要负责提供现场空间规划及服务，工作业绩符合管理合同内的关键成绩指标。

岗位具体内容：

·  确保所有空间管理数据的准确及时性。
·  提供系统中空间应用数据的录入及分析，负责空间分配及应用的日常巡检和问题跟进。  
·  空间数据的汇总与确认（包括房间面积，房间名称， 室主，功能分类）,以及数据的录入与更新。
·  负责空间资产数据的更新，并及时更新全场CAD图纸。
·  定期依据客户同意的模板形式及频次，汇报空间相关的数据信息。
·  按规定管理预算，并按要求提供月报给客户。

·  本科以上学历，掌握基础英文。
·  具备3年的实际CAD测绘经验。
·  具有良好的沟通表达能力及应变能力，具有较强的团队意识；
