Job description



Responsibility

1.    Daily reception including greet and process all employees and visitors.
2.    Management of temporary badges.
3.    Offering fast, efficient and all-round quality service.
4.    Control goods access to ensure the security of Intel property.
5.    Make an inventory of lobby materials regularly.
6.    Support Badge Room and offer badge printing service.
7.    Responds to or facilitates reporting and response to incidents of fire, medical emergency, bomb threat, flooding, water discharge, elevator emergency, hazardous materials, inclement weather, and other incidents or conditions following procedures established for the 
8.    Strictly follow safety/EHS requirement and regularly attend safety training.
9.    Well understand potential EHS/safety factors of this post if applicable.
10.    Track and update 5S/QSI AR in time.
11.    Make a registration of SEC incoming and outgoing goods, regularly make an inventory of goods.

Requirement

1.Strong client management and team management skills, excellent interpersonal skills, with can do attitude.

2.Strong service mind, able to manage client expectation and meet client satisfaction.

3.Strong presentation and communication skills.

4.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

5.Experience with managing multiple vendors and small capital projects. 

6.Service background and security experience is preferred.

7.Sound computer skills in Microsoft Office.

8.Personnel must be energetic, self-motivated, highly flexible and creative, and should be capable of improvising solutions to customer issues not covered by post orders or standard procedures, within the guidelines established by the client.
