JLL is currently seeking a dynamic individual for the role of Marketing Coordinator to provide reliable, timely, efficient support to a brokerage team at our Edmonton location.  The position entails working with a diverse group of internal and external Stakeholders at all levels of the organization, and the individual will require the independent judgment to plan, prioritize, and organize a diverse workload in a fast-paced environment. This role provides a wide variety of support services to the brokerage team and the successful candidate will be detail oriented with strong organizational skills and a team player attitude.

RESPONSIBILITIES

·  Learn and develop working knowledge of the company's business and core audience
·  Develop and implement the annual marketing plan for the team based upon the corporate strategic goals
·  Develop and manage the annual marketing budget for the team based upon the revenue goals outlined for the team
·  Develop and manage marketing collateral and communications
·  Participate in monthly marketing calls hosted by the National Marketing team to learn about new best practices in the field and receive all the latest resources, tools, and templates
·  Participate in all necessary training sessions and keep abreast with JLL’s visual identity and branding guidelines
·  Provide support and take lead for the Office team in the development of proposals, presentations, property marketing brochures, website listings, and other additional sales aids as needed
·  Coordinate direct marketing and other third-party advertising efforts, such as: print media and online advertising
·  Develop and manage consistent and ongoing social media marketing accounts for the team, such as: LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.
·  Utilize the JLL CRM to disseminate marketing materials
·  Track and evaluate marketing efforts using analytics provided by the JLL CRM, or other sources as required
·  Investigate and promote the use of new marketing tools to appropriate Stakeholders where required
·  Work with the National Marketing team to support the public relations action plan as needed
·  Work with the National Marketing team to create and share best-in class marketing presentations and collateral materials with teams across the country
·  Any other reasonable duties and responsibilities assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

·  Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, Design or related discipline
·  Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant work experience required, or equivalent combination of education and work experience
·  Experience in the commercial real estate sector is a definite asset
·  Strong proficiency with all applicable software packages including but not limited to MS Windows; MS Office, including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
·  Strong proficiency in graphic design and working with Adobe CC suite of programs, including but not limited to InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
·  Familiarity with the above software on Mac OS
·  Must have strong organizational and time management skills
·  Must be able to adapt and prioritize to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
·  May require on-call activity after regular office hours
·  Must operate with a sense of urgency, quickly responding to Stakeholders
·  Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills 
·  Must have excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
·  Must have a professional yet personable demeanor
·  Must be able to work well independently with an ability to work collaboratively with others
·  Must have strong presentation skills
·  Must be detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
·  Must be proactive and take initiative
·  Must be able to maintain confidentiality, utilize judgment, and work with minimal supervision
