What this job involves:

·  To assist the implementation of cost reduction and income optimization strategies for property management
·  To manage the client’s expectation in respect of service and other charges, rent collection
·  To ensure compliance of statutory requirements and management of property leases
·  To manage on-site staff to achieve high quality maintenance of properties

Sound like the job you’re looking for?  Before you apply, it’s also worth knowing what we are looking for:

·  A degree in property management or a related discipline
·  Well versed with Building Management Ordinance, Landlord & Tenant Ordinances, DMC and / or related ordinances
·  No less than 2 years of experience in building management and tenancy management
·  Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
·  Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
·  Self-motivated and result oriented
