Job description



Duties & Responsibilities

• Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
• Provide administrative support to operation team
• Keep stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary
• Manage phone sim and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
• Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
• Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
• Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
• Assist colleagues whenever necessary
• Coordinate with procurement with any contract issue regarding facilities
• Process PO and GR
• Monitor expire contract
• Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints
• AMEX card process
• Monitor the work of receptionist, maid and messenger
• Manage car parking card and car parking coupon
• PM, repair and maintenance support and tracking
• Coordinate project as assigned
• Perform any other duties assigned or delegated by immediate supervisor

Qualification

• Bachelor Degree in any field.
• 2 - 3 years experiences in Administration job.
• Good in Computer skill (MS Office)
• Fair in English
• Able to drive car
• Can work under pressure and limited time
