Our Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) services business line works with some of the world's leading organisations to provide them onsite Facility Management solutions.
We manage concierge through to cleaning services, as well as reactive & preventative maintenance, engineering & safety. We also look at their leasing & property requirements. IFM can also analyse and offer solutions on how to decrease their environmental footprint.
What does the job involve?
You’ll be working on site with our client – a very well-recognised Australian brand – in their seriously impressive and modern office in Docklands.
The Facilities Coordinator will assist the Facilities Manager with operational activities in accounting and finance, maintenance and operations, vendor oversight, purchasing of material, equipment & supplies, occupancy services, event management and helpdesk. The Facilities Coordinator is also required to provide administrative support to the Service Centre Team.
This role would be ideal for someone who has perhaps just begun their career in Facilities and is looking for their next big step. This role will provide you with a great career path towards management!
A snapshot of the role:
· Proactively engage stakeholders to ensure that on site client’s expectations are met,
· Ensure all maintenance work orders are completed on time to a high standard,
· Ensure that vendor procurement processes comply with agreed client procurement guidelines,
· Actively working towards making sure financial processes are always being followed,
· Ensuring that all working environments meet all requisite WH&S standards

Ideally you will already have experience working within a facilities based role or similar.
