What does this job involve?

This position in its nature proactive and focused on the detail, to ensure workplace services are delivered to an agreed consistent standard to enable Guest Experience based on requirements “work every time”. While maintaining safe working practices throughout all we do.

The Workplace Artisan will assist the Premises team and client in vendor oversight, re-stack and churn work, and minor repairs.

A snapshot of the role:

To deliver high quality, prompt and courteous Facility Management services in support of Client's business needs in a safe working environment.

·  Maintain the highest standards in delivery to client expectations
·  Maintain premises in neat and good working condition at all times
·  Assist in carrying out safety procedures when needed
·  Repair any reported defects on Client Premises where possible and if not escalate to manager for external vendor support
·  Support re-stack / Churn works coordination:
·  Coordinate and manage vendor
·  Monitoring onsite works and schedule
·  Conduct and report onsite inspection  
·  General maintenance and repairing works
·  Handling basic office furniture installation
·  Responsible for daily maintenance works, such as office furniture, door lock, cabinet lock, etc.
·  Regular check in office area, report defect and arrange repairing and maintenance if needed.
·  Moving furniture within office area
·  Completed other tasks or minor works

Want to know what we are looking for?

You are a confident self-starter with a minimum of 2 to 3 years’ experience in a similar role, and you love building client relationships. You got excellent communication skills, a strong customer service focus. You adopt on hands-on approach to problem solving, and have the ability to juggle multiple tasks in a dynamic workplace. You think on-the-go and can collaborate with multiple stakeholders with ease.

You will possess good Cantonese and basic English verbal and written communication skills.
