What this opportunity involves:

This is an outstanding role for an energetic and dynamic Executive Assistant professional. You will support two Directors as well as the wider Valuations team based in Sydney CBD!  

This is a fantastic opportunity to utilise your strong administration and support skills.

Key responsibilities;

·  Coordinate the production of texts and lengthy documents, presentations and submissions
·  Diary Management and monitoring of deadlines
·  Arranging payment of accounts including purchase orders
·  Preparation meetings - agenda, minutes, consolidated reports and fee forecasting
·  Perform routine administrative tasks, such as completing and processing documentation
·  Answer enquiries on the service and products available, re-direct calls to other departments, record and distribute messages
