Your tasks:

•Prepare building measures for our street furniture
•Support the project- and construction management
•Coordinate the target with departments
•Documentation of the project progress
•Prepare project schedules
•Arrange, coordinate and observe appointment
•Record and supply of technical data and generate schemas
•Recording project cost control

Profil recherché

Profil

Our requirement:

•Expertise and professional experience in project management especially in building trades or other technical fields
•Professional experience in the construction industry
•Professional competence in technical fields
•Profound knowledge in handling building measure
•Structured and independent method of operation
•Good working knowledge of data processing (Word, Excel, Power Point, MS-Project)
•Flexibility, ability to work in a team and under pressure/ loading capacity
•Driving license class B (in the past class III)
•Excellent German communication (spoken and written) skills
