Reporting into the Quality Systems Manager, you'll be involved in conducting full system lifecycle activities starting with requirements analysis, solution design, solution development, deployment, and end user training. You'll also meet with stakeholders and end users to define business requirements and system goals, and support the implementation of system improvements from design to acceptance testing. You'll be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining data collection systems that optimize data quality and operating efficiency. As part of your role, you'll identify, analyse, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.

 

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

 

As an Analyst, you'll need expertise regarding data models, database design development and data mining techniques, but also strong knowledge of and experience of PL/SQL, VBA, XML, Big Query and ETL frameworks. You'll also need strong knowledge of and experience with reporting packages such as Business Objects or Tableau. Your strong analytical skills with knowledge and experience of statistics, and the use of statistical packages for analysing large datasets such as Excel, SPSS, SAS, and Access would be beneficial for this role.

 

You’ll round out your technical expertise with excellent communication skills and the ability to produce concise and accurate summary reporting.
