Currently we are looking for a highly motivated person who would like to join our local real estate investment team in
Paris as an Analyst or Associate dedicated for acquisitions.
Your tasks:
Being a fully integrated member of our investment team with the following key responsibilities:
- Sourcing and screening of investment opportunities
- Investment underwriting, cash-flow modeling & financial analysis
- Manage/coordinate support staff to contribute during the underwriting and investment process
- Conduct asset/market specific research
- Compiling internal memoranda and presentations to support investment decisions

Profil recherché

Professional Profile:
- Excellent university degree (Grandes Ecoles de commerce, d'ingénieurs ou universités)
- Experience in the institutional real estate industry
- Understanding of French real estate investment market as well as principle underwriting techniques for commercial real estate assets
- Proficiency in Excel and financial modelling
- Excellent English and French language skills
