Our team-Great Asia Region BPP business process performance team is an Asian team in multiple locations, responsible for EVERYTHING in the staffing /recruitment worlds, other than the hiring operation itself. Thus, our motto is: "we don't hire, we make hiring better!" Our customers and partners are recruiters and staffing managers, hiring managers and obviously, candidates. In this position, you will be acting as a country Talent Delivery Team Business Analyst, and will be dealing with staffing related applications, data management, projects and other BA Activities. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to: Maintaining current Talent systems at the back end, which includes user access, tasks assignments, and more. Identifying and troubleshooting system issues, providing resolutions to the HR customers Various reporting & data analysis duties including querying and developing reports Design and review regular KPI key performance indicators analysis Designing new processes and improving existing processes while efficiency and effectiveness are the key drivers.
