Come join the Worldwide Price Operations team working within the Business Management Group. The position plays a critical part in the order to cash process and is a gateway to other BMG pricing and process roles. Candidate will work in a fun / fast paced environment overseeing essential price master data, Contract Management Support, and Customer Set Up Operations.

Duties include but are not limited to:

·  Responding to worldwide internal and external user price inquiries / price escalations / customer contract set up.
·  In depth knowledge and work within multiple tools and applications.
·  Facilitate price maintenance within the Intel system of record.
·  Price Data analysis, owning price data accuracy.
·  Maintain Sox Audit compliance.
·  Create and publish Intel Customer Price Lists.
·  Drive master price process improvements.
·  Educating business partners and key stakeholders on pricing logic and processes.
·  Create and maintain master price business process documents.
·  Maintain price data security.
·  Oversee customer contracts and supporting documentation that allows Intel to prove customer acceptance and compliance to Terms & Conditions (T&Cs).
·  Customer Setup Operations.
·  Seamlessly partner with diverse stakeholder groups from all areas of the Intel Business.
·  Coordinate master data related activities cross organizations.

Qualifications

“Must Have” (Minimum Quals) Skills

·  BA/BS in Business, Operations, Finance, Supply Chain or a related discipline
·  3+ years of sales operations, business operations or pricing analysis experience.

Additional Profile Characteristics Preferred

·  Experience with contract management
·  Price data analysis expertise
·  Demonstrated skills in data analytics and data management
·  Customer Service Orientated
·  Strong Stakeholder management
·  Strong communication and collaboration skills
·  3+ years of experience using SAP Support Tools
·  Ability to work multiple issues at one time and meet Service Line Agreement for resolution
